Is there an admission fee?

Yes, a day specific ticket with timed entry is required for entry into the farm.

Your prebooked time-slot is not check-in window. Instead, it gives you a full three hours of fun on the farm. We kindly ask that you arrive at the start of your selected time and leave at the end of your time-slot!

We ask that everyone enjoys their time while respecting the schedule to keep things flowing smoothly and avoid line-ups.

Tickets can only be purchased online in advance. We do not allow walk-ins.

Can I buy a ticket when I arrive at the farm?

Tickets must be pre-purchased in advance online before arrival. We do not sell tickets at the door.

We do not accept walk-ins.

I have purchased tickets and I am not longer able to attend. Can I get a refund.

All tickets sales are final. We do not issue refunds or ticket transfers.

Can I stop by the Farm Store to purchase a few items without purchasing an admission ticket?

An admission ticket is required to enter the farm. If you would like to only purchase bags of fresh apples, pies, desserts or pantry favourites, you are welcome to visit Chudleigh’s Blossom Cafe a short drive from the farm! The Blossom Cafe is located at 176 Main Street East in Milton and carries all of the same fresh apples, desserts and pantry items as the farm.

As a Season Pass Holder, do I have access to attend the Summer Music Night series?

Yes, if you have purchased a Season Pass, you are welcome to purchase tickets to our Summer Music Night Series.

I'm a season pass holder, do I need to secure a time slot?

Yes, if you have a Seasons Pass you need to pre-book a time slot and select “Season Pass Holder” as the ticket type.

Can I use my ticket towards an upgrade for a season pass?

Yes. Please email customercare@chudleighs.farm within 24 hours of your visit and we can upgrade your ticket towards a Season Pass

Are season passes transferable?

No, Season Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

I bought day passes for a certain day and time slot. How can I change the date of my ticket?

Please ensure that you have selected the correct day and time slot prior to completing your purchase as day passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

I purchased tickets online but have not received my e-tickets. What should I do?

Please check your junk and spam folder for your e-mail. If you still have not received your e-tickets, please e-mail customercare@chudleighs.farm for assistance.

Will I get a refund if I buy tickets and it rains?

No, we do not offer rain passes or rain checks due to inclement weather. Chudleigh’s operates rain or shine.

I booked a time slot from 11am to 2pm. How long can I stay at the farm?

Once you arrive at the farm, we ask that you stay no longer then the duration of your time slot.

I have a ticket for the 11am to 2pm time slot, do I have to arrive at 11am?

No, you can arrive anytime between 11AM to 2pm but you only have the three hours total from 11 am to 2 pm on the property. Please be advised that early admittance and late exit will not be accommodated.

Please note that time slots cannot be adjusted if you arrive late. If you miss the start of your scheduled time, your three-hour visit will still end as originally planned, meaning your time on the farm will be shortened. We recommend arriving on time to enjoy the full experience!

Do we need to print out the tickets before hand?

No, you can show your e-ticket on your smartphone, download it to your wallet. Please ensure the tickets are downloaded displaying the QR Code and ready to be scanned with the screen brightness all the way up. You are always welcome to print out the tickets if you prefer.

Will apple picking be available when I visit the farm?

Our peak picking season is in September and October, and early apples are ready mid to late August. Due to the nature and availability of our crop, there may not be apples available for picking. There are still plenty of fun filled activities to enjoy at the farm! Experience scenic tractor wagon rides by the Niagara Escarpment and stop by our pumpkin patch, visit our farm animal area and nature trail that features swing ropes. Watch your children enjoy the play area that features four huge slides, a tower and hay bale jumps or enjoy one of our farm kitchen favourites and signature apple blossoms.

Is there a charge to park?

No, parking at Chudleigh’s is complimentary.

Check your spam or junk folder just in case. If you’re still having trouble, no worries! Just drop us an email at customercare@chudleighs.farm, and we’ll be happy to resend your tickets before your visit.

What are the restaurant hours?

Please note: The kitchen opens at 10:30 am closes at 5:20 PM, so be sure to place your food orders by 5:00 PM to avoid missing out on your farm-fresh meal.
Please note that outside food and drink are not allowed on the farm. Our team will conduct bag checks upon entry, but rest assured, water bottles with only water are allowed
and baby food/formula. Delicious food and drinks are available at our Windmill Restaurant and bar.
